  • Most recent pay stub
  • Prior year's IRS tax return
  • Current investment policy statement
  • Latest brokerage account/mutual fund statements
  • Bank and credit union statements
  • Employee benefits information
  • Business arrangements (i.e., buy-sell agreements, deferred compensation, stock option/bonus plan) 
  • Life insurance policies and most current annual statement
  • Annuity contracts/disability insurance 
  • Pension information
  • Long-term care policies
